Service Description
CyberHeaders provides:
- Comprehensive HTTP security header analysis
- Detailed vulnerability assessments
- Automated scanning and monitoring
- Security recommendations and best practices
- API access for enterprise customers
Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activities or penetration testing without authorization
- Scan systems you don't own or have permission to test

Limitations of Liability
CyberHeaders is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Inaccuracies in security assessments
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or security breaches
While we strive for accuracy, security recommendations should be validated by qualified professionals.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- For violation of these terms
- For fraudulent or abusive activity
- If required by law
- For non-payment of fees (premium services)
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
